Small Business Partners in The Next Giant Leap: A Campaign Celebrating Space Collaboration
AMA is one of many small business partners with a rich history of supporting NASA and its many achievements in space exploration.
In honor of the upcoming 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11, AMA has developed a nationwide campaign celebrating the role of all small businesses in supporting the nation’s space and aviation goals.
What is the Small Business Partners in The Next Giant Leap Apollo 50th Campaign all about?
From now until August 1, 2019, AMA will share personal videos, images, and stories through our social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. These stories will feature interviews with AMA employees and industry experts who worked to make Apollo-era missions including Apollo 11 a success. They will also include unique “behind-the-scenes” recollections from the Apollo era, and highlight the important role small business partners play in helping NASA reach its goals.
How can I join the Small Business Partners in The Next Giant Leap Apollo 50th Campaign?
AMA conceptualized this campaign as something for all of NASA’s small business partners to participate in. To “officially” join the celebration, all you have to do is find your own Apollo-era stories or facts and share them on social media using the hashtag #NextGiantLeapPartners !
Here are some ideas on how you can participate in the Small Business Partners Campaign:

Produce short, social-media optimized videos that tell the story of your company and its support for NASA through the years. These videos could feature interviews with employees, industry leaders, or other key stakeholders.

Produce simple social-media graphics that tell the story of your company and its support for NASA through the years. These graphics could convey interesting facts, or quotes from employees who worked on Apollo-era missions.

Share photographs or images on social media that offer a “behind-the-scenes” look at your company’s support for NASA through the years.
