AMA Internal Ticketing:

Log-in to the Helpdesk Portal:

  • Username=AMA email address

  • Password = unique to the helpdesk (NOT your single-sign on password), if you have lost, forgotten, or need a password, click “forgot password” on the bottom of the screen


The Helpdesk Portal allows you to:

  • Submit a ticket

  • Check on the status of a ticket

  • Update a ticket
